The Gibson House is located in the center of historic downtown Centralia at the corner of North Tower Avenue and Magnolia Street. Our beautiful, three-story building dates back to 1915. It originally housed Proffitt's Department Store, a Centralia landmark for 70 years. Fully remodeled in 2004, the Gibson House captures that magical blend of historic architectural beauty and modern functionality.
On the street level, patrons enter the elegant wood-paneled, brass-trimmed Gibson House Grill. Stroll up the expansive stairway, or ride the original elevator, to the Gibson House Event Center on the second floor.
The Magnolia Ballroom offers more than 5,200 square feet of space for fun. Double doors take you into the Tower View Conference Room and another 1,400 square feet of modern, efficient space.
The Gibson House Commercial Center occupies the third floor and offers modern, secure office space for lease ranging in size from 100 to more than 900 square feet.
