Occupying the entire second floor, the Gibson House Event Center offers the largest total square footage special event venue in the historic Centralia downtown core.

 

Two spaces can be rented separately, or combined for nearly 6,700 square feet of usable space for weddings, reunions, holiday gatherings, retirements, anniversaries, office and corporate events, training sessions, retreats and meetings, or whatever kind of special event you need quality space for.

 

Room for groups numbering 20 to 220+ can be booked for part days, full days and multiple days.

 

The Magnolia Ballroom measures 5,270 square feet that can be configured in whatever way meets your needs. Sit-down dinner for up to 200? Buffet-style dinner? Open space for live band and dancing? The Magnolia Ballroom's your first choice. Link to PDF of floorplan.

 

The Tower View Conference Room offers a smaller space for more intimate gatherings or corporate training and meeting events complete with drop-down screen and sound system.     From snacks and beverage service to sit-down prime rib dinner for more than 200, we can handle it all. We've built our chef his dream kitchen and second prep kitchen. He and his talented staff will surpass your expectations.

    Located adjacent to the Magnolia Ballroom with separate entry, a large room with plush chairs, vanity and closet space is a nice hideaway to calm your nerves and make everything perfect before the big moment.

    A moveable bar can be set up anywhere in the room that best fits your plans.

 

• Sound System

    Our sound system can play cd's and radio broadcast. Guest speakers will need to use a portable system available from Yenny's.

 

• Handicap Accessible

    The original elevator is inspected every year and is a classic combination of historical authenticity and modern safety.

 

• Free Public Parking

    On-street parking and spaces in several municipal lots just steps from the door ensure your guests will always enjoy close, free parking.
